QDI Auctions Guidelines
Must be a QDI Premier Dealer in good standing (account active and up to date) and must have a completed web use agreement on file with QDI in order to place a bid. Bidders are bound to all contracts and restrictions associated with purchasing any other item or service through QDI.
All transactions are subject to QDI's final approval. Auction items can be removed by QDI from the auction site prior to the actual ending date.
QDI cannot be held responsible for any interruption in service, caused by any means and cannot guarantee continual, uninterrupted access to the auction site or auction items listed therein. The site and services are offered ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without any warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. QDI will not award auction items for bids not received and registered on the website server for any reason.
